PAYMENTS, REFUND POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

1. Payment

The workshop fee includes tuition for 5 days, 6 hours a day by the instructor, studio usage, model fees and VAT.

Accommodation, food, drinks, workshop materials, museum visits are not included in the fee.

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place.

2. Participant Cancellation Policy

All payments are not refundable regardless of the circumstance without exception. That means no refunds or credits will be issued for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, missed days, illness, family emergencies etc.

Reservations are by name and non-transferable unless it is approved by the studio.

3. Cancellation by the Studio

In case the workshop is cancelled by the munich-art.studio because of instructor illness, insufficient enrollment or any other circumstances beyond our control all payments
will be fully refunded.

Beyond that munich-art.studio is not responsible for any costs the participant may have because of cancelling accommodations, flights/travel tickets etc.

Therefore we advise to use a travel insurance when booking accommodations and travel-tickets.

5. Materials

Participants are required to bring the materials listed by the instructor for their workshop. Easels are available at the studio.
